Miscellaneous

If any provision of this Agreement is found by an arbitrator or a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Any invalid provision may be modified or severed as necessary to make it enforceable and consistent with the rest of the Agreement.
